We may try the parking at the train station, and take the shuttle trolley over. Or if you feel adventurous, go hunting for the ever elusive parking space near the festival. Make sure the person with the smallest car is driving! The hunt for a space is worth the effort. We like to go mid afternoon, crowds have let up a bit, and the lines at the food stands (except for the lobsters!) ease up some.

“ We picked up the trolley at the Marina, and gave the festival a once over. It was WAY too hot to do anything outdoors today. One block over from the ocean and it was still unbearable. Took the trolley back to Walt's car, then had a very pleasant lunch at the Princess Maria Diner in Wall. Thank you Walt for driving in for this, and thank you Karen for being assistant organizer. Lesson learned:go to the festival at 5 PM! ” -
