For several recent events, people have cancelled their reservations at the very last minute or just not showed up when they had said they would be there.

When we do an event in a restaurant or some other public venues, a reservation may be required. It’s important that people respond with a clear “yes” or “no” as to whether they are coming and then do what they said.

We recognize that emergencies can arise, but please, do your best to let us know if you will be coming.

And don’t forget our policy, listed on page 2 of our newsletter every month, that if we incur any expenses on your behalf, you are still responsible for them even if you did not attend the event.
